Angela was born in Los Angeles and raised all the way in Westfield, Massachusetts. After graduating high school, she made the trek back to the west coast to San Diego where she attended SDSU and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. After college, Angela moved to Spain where she taught English to elementary aged children. She spent the next several years traveling and working with children in various ways; ranging from volunteering in Nicaragua, to being a ropes course instructor in Canada. She knew she loved working with children but didn't know exactly where she fit until she found SCM. Angela started at SCM as an assistant in 2019. In August 2024, she completed her AMI Elementary Diploma  and is now pursuing a Master's in Education. Angela finds joy, presence, and laughter with the children each day and appreciates the thoughtful discussions she gets to have with her class.
